Stone Mist is a coloured quartz aggregate finish premixed in an acrylic binder, which provides a natural stone look to both exterior and interior walls. Whether you are striving to create a solid, upscale appearance for an exterior or a unique and durable finish for an interior, Stone Mist will enhance a building’s value by adding both style and substance to it.
Dryvit has developed the technology to make Stone Mist highly resistant to airborne pollutants, acid rain, UV radiation, fungus and mildew. The high-performance finish will remain clean and bright for years with only periodic, routine maintenance. Like all Dryvit finishes, Stone Mist is highly versatile. Use it as a finish for any Dryvit system or directly applied to properly prepared substrates such as masonry, stucco or interior drywall.
These textures are trowel applied as is typical for interior usage. For exterior applications, we recommend a tight-trowel coat followed by a spray coat to achieve the desired texture.
The Stone Mist look is sophisticated. It is a natural stone finish, which can be used to blend with or highlight the surrounding environment as well as other materials used on the job. Call Dryvit today and find out how Stone Mist can work for you on your next project!
Please note that the on-screen colours may not precisely match actual colours due to variance in monitor calibrations.
It is the intent and purpose of this web-based colour chart to provide a basic representation of Dryvit Systems finish colours and is offered as a sales aid only to select a range of colours for final selection.
This web-based colour chart shall not be used for final colour selection as colour differences may occur from one computer to another.
Actual colour selection should be made from 8" x 10" samples of each finish type, texture and colour to be used on the project. Samples shall be prepared using the same tools and techniques proposed for the actual installation by the applicator/contractor.
