Dryvit Outsulation Rail External Wall Insulation (EWI) was specified on this residential NHBC project to meet the insurers requirements over steel frame buildings.

The Outsulation Rail insulated render system, complete with a moisture drainage plane, was installed to deal with any incidental moisture that may find its way to the rear of the cladding. China White PMRB Sandpebble finish was selected by architect MBLA to give a contemporary feel, which complements the white brickwork adjacent. Area 1,200m2.
