Project Details

This refurbishment project involved the removal of the existing cladding system. The remaining structure was then infilled with a sheathed lightweight steel frame system, which was then over clad with Dryvit Outsulation External Wall Insulation (EWI) system.

The existing brickwork stairwells on either side of the building did not require insulating and Dryvit ACR 200 anti-crack render system was used to tie in with the adjacent Outsulation insulated render system. System: Area: 1200m2.
